Founded in 2007, buildxdirect (Huangshan Huasu New Material Science & Technology Co., Ltd.) is a National High-Tech Enterprise specializing in wood-plastic composite (WPC) manufacturing.
Our factory produces the “buildxdirect” brand series including traditional, co-extruded, and 3D embossed WPC products: decking boards, wall cladding, DIY tiles, fencing, railings, pergolas, and complete outdoor systems.
With 20+ employees including 5 core R&D and production management staff, we operate 4 automated extrusion lines running 24/7 with monthly output exceeding 5,000 sqm.

buildxdirect is environmentally friendly because 90% of the raw materials we use are made from recycled wood flour and recycled HDPE – that’s what makes up the majority of our products.
Most importantly, during the production process, we utilize the most advanced and environmentally friendly technology available. Our systems effectively recycle factory waste and eliminate the use of harmful chemicals entirely.
- 🌱 Each year, we recycle approximately 16,000 tons of reclaimed wood and 10,000 tons of recycled HDPE, preventing over 20,000 tons of wood from being harvested.
